Abstract
With the object of reducing the size, without degrading the electric characteristics, a first coil and a second coil that are helically wound are provided, and a connection member is provided which is obtained by bending the upper end portion of the first coil downward and passing it inside the first coil substantially along the central axis of the first coil . The lower end portion of the connection member is connected to the upper end of the second coil , and power is supplied from a feeder to the lower end portion of the second coil
