Abstract

When a character having a reflection portion in which a background image is reflected is displayed together with the background, a highly real display can be achieved without creating an excessive load o the image processing apparatus. That is, sub-part images extracted from a part of the background is pasted on respective sub-reflection portions, and such a character image is displayed together with the background scene.
