Abstract
The present disclosure describes novel compounds of formula (A), wherein R -R , X and Y have the meanings given in the specification and compositions containing them which are particularly useful for treating hair loss in mammals, including arresting and/or reversing hair loss and promoting hair growth. The compounds described herein are cardiac-sparing.
