Abstract

The present invention relates to a process and apparatus for the removal of nitrous oxide from a feed gas stream using an adsorbent having a nitrogen diffusion parameter of 0.12 sec or higher and a nitrous oxide capacity of 79 mmol/g/atm or higher at 30° C.
