Abstract
A disc driving apparatus has a disc tray and a clamp mechanism . Rib-like butting portions are downward projected from a front part of a bottom plate portion of the disc tray . A flat receiving portion is disposed on a chassis serving as a stationary member. The receiving portion supports from the lower side the butting portions of the disc tray which is advanced to a disc clamping position, thereby preventing the disc tray from downward warping.
