Abstract
A circuit board module comprises a battery case storing a battery of which external terminals have a laminated members made of different metal material for each other, a circuit board for carrying out charge and discharge of the above-mentioned battery, and a joint member for connecting the battery case and the circuit board electrically and/or mechanically, wherein the joint body is constructed by clad material that a first metal layer and a second metal layer made of different metal materials each other are laminated.
