Abstract
An air bag cover having a surface sheet including a thermoplastic elastomer decorative layer on the surface side. The breaking elongation and break strength of the thermoplastic elastomer decorative layer is adjusted utilizing a filler powder. Thereby, the breaking rapidity at a tear line groove formation position is improved.
