Abstract
A urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer which has a low viscosity and gives a flexible cured article reduced in surface tackiness. It is obtained by reacting a polyol ingredient comprising a polyoxyalkylene polyol which has two to four hydroxyl groups, a hydroxyl value V (mg-KOH/g) of from 5 to 115, and a total degree of unsaturation V (meq/g) satisfying the relationship V ≦(0.45/V )+0.02, with a polyisocyanate compound and a hydroxylated (meth)acrylate compound.
