Abstract
A thermoplastic molding composition comprising polycarbonate resin having improved mold release properties is disclosed the composition contain polycarbonate resin and 0.005 to 5.0% relative to the weight of the composition of at least one hydrocarbon in the form of C15 -methyl-branched alkane. The hydrocarbon is characterized in that the weight proportion of its branches is 5 to 30 percent relative to the weight of carbons in the alkane chain.
