The second passage ( ) extends from the interior passage ( ) to an exterior of the chemical cutter ( ), and is sealed by members ( ). After the first ignitor ( ) is fired, the second ignitor ( ) is fired to push the members ( ) from sealing the second ignitor passage ( ), such that the interior passage ( ) is in fluid communication with the exterior of the chemical cutter ( ). A control circuit ( ) has two diodes ( ) connected in parallel and configured for passing current of opposite polarity to respective ones of the first and second ignitors ( ).
