Abstract
A high-pressure fuel supply system can reduce the generation of noise upon opening and closing of an electromagnetic valve. The electromagnetic valve ( ) of the high-pressure fuel supply system includes a body ( ), a plunger ( ) slidably received in the body ( ), a valve seat ( ) with which an end of the plunger is caused to move into and out of contact so that the valve seat is placed into fluid communication with a fuel pressurization chamber ( ) when the plunger is moved apart from the valve seat, a stopper ( ) for limiting the distance of separation of the plunger from the valve seat, and a spring ( ) for urging the plunger in a direction toward the valve seat.
