An electrical connector assembly ( ) includes an insulative main housing ( ), a stacked Universal Serial Bus (USB) connector ( ) having a shell, a daughter printed circuit board (PCB) ( ) carrying a plurality of signal conditioning components ( ) and a ground member ( ). The main housing defines a cavity ( ) for receiving the USB connector. The ground member comprises a body portion ( ) and a retention portion ( ). The body portion electrically connects with the shell of the USB connector. The retention portion is mounted to the daughter PCB.
