Abstract
In place of a conventional tray, a pair of mounting stages is arranged as a disc holding device, wherein six pairs of mounting stages are vertically movably placed one upon another by arranging guide supports through guide holes of the pair of mounting stages for mounting a disc thereon. Spring bearings are arranged on the uppermost mounting stages , inside which received are the lower ends of coil springs enclosing spring guides arranged between a top plate and a bottom plate, achieving reduced size and weight of the disc holding device for mounting discs thereon.
