The pivotally mounted drive lever is for, starting from an initial position, effecting a turning movement in one direction or the other as desired. The drive wheel is turned when the drive lever is moved out of the initial position. The coupling elements are arranged on the drive lever and have coupling areas for transmitting a turning movement onto the drive wheel. In order to transmit a turning movement, the coupling element can be coupled to the drive wheel via at least one positive locking element and by at least one elastic element.
