Abstract
A rechargeable electric toothbrush is received within a charger . The toothbrush includes an outer body that receives a toothbrush assembly . Within the body , there is located a secondary electric circuit including a secondary coil . Upon the secondary coil being energized, DC electric power is delivered to the batteries for charging purposes. The socket includes a primary circuit including a primary coil that upon being energized causes the secondary coil to produce an AC current, subsequently converted into a DC current for the purposes of charging the battery
