Abstract

An angle grinder with a housing can be produced more economically by providing that it has a mounting shell , a cap shell , and an insert part between these two shells. The insert part is equipped with a first fixation device and a second fixation device for fixation between the mounting shell and the cap shell , and it has a spindle locking receptacle and spindle bearing receptacle . The mounting shell has a first fixation means , which is engaged by the first fixation device of the insert part . The cap shell has a second fixation means , which engages the fixation device of the insert part . The insert part also has a second fixation device , which can be brought into engagement with suitable means on the mounting shell and the cap shell
