Abstract

The invention includes an annular exciting coil , a main yoke surrounding a periphery of the exciting coil and having polar teeth and disposed to face each other on opposite end sides of a central hole of the exciting coil, and a cylindrical permanent magnet disposed in the central hole of the exciting coil to be movable in an axial direction of the hole and polarized in a radial direction.
