Abstract

It has been found out that in the laser treatment for the control of the magnetic domain sizes in grain oriented electrical silicon steel sheets, by optimizing some essential parameters of the treatment such as specific radiation energy, the distance among the scribed traces, the scanning speed and the dwell time, a contemporaneous improvement of the magnetostriction, induction and core losses can be obtained.
