A bifurcation stent ( ) having a closed terminus ( ) and two angled apertures ( ) at its distal end ( ). The bifurcation stent may be a balloon-inflated stent, or a self-expanding stent. The delivery systems for the stent employ a guide wire through each aperture of the stent.
