An ink jet print head includes a laminated piezoelectric element The piezoelectric element is fixedly attached to electrodes by electrically conductive adhesive A flexible printed cable is electrically connected to electrodes by soldering. The stationary plate is formed with through holes which are filled with an electrically conductive filler The filler and the electrodes are formed of tungsten, and the electrodes are plated with gold.
