Abstract
The present invention provides a cationic paint composition containing as resin component a polyol-modified amino group-containing epoxy resin obtained by reacting an epoxy resin with epoxy equivalent 180-2500 with a alkyl phenol and/or a carboxylic acid; a polyol obtained by adding a caprolactone to a compound containing a plurality of active hydrogen groups and an amino group-containing compound.
