Abstract

A novel powder composition comprised of a skin irritation reducing agent comprising 1-Carboxy-N,N,N-trimethylmethanaminium hydroxide inner salt, extract, bisabolol, or mixtures thereof. Also provided is a method for treating prickly heat comprised of topically applying an effective amount of the powder to a desired area.
