Abstract
An electrical double layer capacitor includes a capacitor cell structure comprising: a separator; polarization electrodes; collectors; and a gasket, wherein at least a part of at least either one of the collectors and the gasket has a gas permeability coefficient of at least 4.0E-12[m /(m ·S·Pa)].
