When an input force is applied at a determined speed onto a control rod ( ) that is integral with the plunger ( ), the key ( ) rocks and locks a finger ( ) that biases the piston ( ) with respect to the sleeve ( ) in an axial position. The key ( ) includes a peg ( ) for axial indexing of the locking position of the sleeve ( ).
