Abstract

A new recombinant form of the plasmid-encoded protein pgp3 from , serotype D, to be used in immunogenic compositions and in the preparation of immunogenic compositions was purified by ion exchange column chromatography and shown to be suitable for quantitative immunoassy on clinical samples in an ELISA format.
