Abstract
A casing includes second gears having second locking cams disposed in axial symmetry with a rotational axis of the casing , and guides 11A each having a slide-contacting face , disposed in axial symmetry with a rotational axis of the casing and on a straight line L perpendicular to a line L passing through the second locking cams . A cam includes a plurality of first locking cams for pressing the second locking cams , disposed in axial symmetry with a rotational axis of the cam , and guiding faces disposed in axial symmetry with a rotational axis of the cam and on a straight line L perpendicular to a line L passing through the first locking cams . A shaft includes coupling portions for transmitting external torque and is press-fitted into the center hole of cam at a predetermined rotational angle.
