Abstract

Each of optical fibers includes on the outer peripheral portion thereof a plate member which is used when assembling the optical fiber arrangement portion, and an optical fiber arrangement portion includes an optical fiber array in which the plate members of the optical fibers are superimposed on top of each other in such a manner that they are arranged in parallel to each other.
