The device includes a third fluid mechanics cylinder ( ), which moves the said piston ( ) of the dead space ( ), wherein the third fluid mechanics cylinder ( ) is activated by means of a compressed fluid, supplied by means of an independent hydraulic system ( ), in order to obtain continuous variation of the dead space ( ).
