Abstract
The present invention relates to a cutting blade for a trimmer. The cutting blade ( ) comprises a base body ( ) having a central portion ( ) as well as end portions ( ) adjoining the central portion. Cutting edges ( ) are formed on the longitudinal edges ( ) of the end portions ( ), whereby a central fastening opening ( ) is provided in the central portion ( ) for mounting the cutting blade ( ) on a drive shaft. In order to obtain a multiply cutting blade for chopping material, it is provided that the end portions ( ) that carry the cutting edges ( ) be angled off in the same direction ( ) out of the plane ( ) of the central portion ( ).
