Abstract
The quantity of water supplied when injecting water from a water tank ( ) into a duct ( ) is adjusted by a water supply valve ( ) and air is taken in from the duct after water induction. The air is compressed by a compressor ( ), and the delivered air from the compressor ( ) is cooled by an after-cooler ( ), the cooled air being supplied to a fuel cell ( ). A control unit calculates a demanded quantity of water (Ry) for the fuel cell ( ) based on the flow rate (R), the pressure (P) and the temperature (T) of the compressed air supplied to the fuel cell ( ), and accordingly performs control of the water supply valve ( ) so as to achieve this quantity of demanded water (Ry).
