The storage module comprises a plurality of storage means Ca-Cd for storing electric energy and energy transfer means and Sa-Sd for transferring stored energy among the plurality of storage means Ca-Cd so that the charging voltage Vca-Vcd across each of the storage means Ca-Cd can be kept at a value according to a prescribed ratio.
