Abstract
A process for forming a cable by intermittently feeding flat cables in a common direction and transporting the cables in parallel in a common direction to a heat bonding device. The side edges of the flat cables are heat bonded in a heat bonding device over a predetermined length, the heat bonded flat cables are taken up in synchronization with the transporting thereof and the flat cables are cut at predetermined times.
