Abstract
The lever body includes a recess (receiver) defined by an upper plate and the projections as shown in FIG. A notch is formed in the upper plate (see FIG. ). The notch permits the first locking piece to move from its retreating position to the operating position in the recess The dimension of the notch in the Y direction (the width of the notch ) and the dimension of the notch in the notch X direction (the depth of the notch ) are both shorter than the corresponding dimensions of the recess The upper plate functions as a prohibiting member.
