Abstract
There is provided a system for servicing and maintaining heat supply equipment which ensures reliable analysis and high efficiency. Heat supply equipment is composed of a control unit to be attached to the heat supply equipment and an equipment-side modem for mediating the control unit and a communication line A management station is composed of a management unit for managing the heat supply equipment and a station-side modem for mediating the management unit and the communication line Upon reception of abnormality occurrence data sent from the control unit the management unit further receives detailed information data on an abnormality of the heat supply equipment from the control unit analyses by itself the received detailed information data, and creates recovery data for recovering the heat supply equipment from the abnormality.
