Abstract

A dispenser ( ) is provided for unlocking the stroke with two first and second handles ( ) configured separate from the actuator handle ( ) for actuating the pump stroke. For unlocking, the first handle ( ) firstly needs to be actuated in a first release direction ( ). Thereafter only an actuation in a second release direction ( ) is possible with the second handle ( ). It is not until after this second actuation that an unlocked position is attained, which permits implementation of the pump stroke. For the second motion ( ) a restrain drag ( ) is furthermore provided which can only be defeated by increasing the associated actuating force.
