Abstract
A permanent magnet is stood vertically at a position shifted on way off the central position of a central piece for a U-shaped iron core An armature has a projection as a fulcrum at an off-centered position so that the fulcrum is placed on an upper end face of the permanent magnet Also, a coil is wounded around a pole piece of the iron core on a near side to the central position.
