In a puncturing section input memory temporarily stores data inputted to the puncturing section a controller distinguishes data to be added, a switch selects data to be added in accordance with control of the controller an adder adds data (namely, data subjected to repetition by a transmitter side) selected by the switch and output memory temporarily stores data outputted from the puncturing section
