Abstract
An image-receiving film for printing and heat transfer having a support made of a thermoplastic resin film, and a coated layer having component (A) is provided, wherein (A) is an aqueous resin dispersion obtained by dispersing an olefin copolymer (a) having an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride in water using at least one agent (b) selected from the group consisting of a nonionic surface active agent, a nonionic water-soluble high molecular compound, a cationic surface active agent, and a cationic water-soluble high molecular compound, wherein the weight ratio of (a)/(b) is from 100/1 to 100/30 and (a) and (b) each have independently a mean particle size of not more than 5 &mgr;m.
