Abstract
An amount of distortion of an axle ( ) caused by a load that is applied on a vehicle and transmitted to the axle ( ) through a transmission member ( ) is measured and then a value of the load based on the measured amount of the distortion is measured. A load concentration unit ( ) is provided between the transmission member ( ) and the axle ( ) and receives the load concentrically.
