Abstract

A multi-layer film contains at least a first layer, a second layer inside thereof, and a third layer inside the second layer. The first layer contains a polypropylene resin (PP). The second layer contains a polyethylene resin (PE) having 70 to 90 wt% of a lower crystalline component (LCC) and 10 to 30 wt% of a higher crystalline component (HCC). The PE has a melt flow rate of 0.1 to 20 g/10 min and in a temperature rising elution fraction elution curve, an elution peak temperature of the LCC is from 45 to 85° C; the ratio of (peak height of LCC)/(height of the minimum valley between LCC peak and HCC peak) is 9 or more; an area ratio of the elution peak temperature or less of LCC is 35% or more. The third layer contains a) PP or b) a high-pressure low density PE having an extrapolation melting completion temperature of melting of 110° C or more; or c) a copolymer of ethylene/C &agr;-olefin having a density of 0.920 g/cm or more.
