Abstract
A female division connector F includes a female-side frame having a receiving chamber , and a plurality of female housings A, B, . . . which can be received in the receiving chamber . A male division connector M includes a male-side frame having a receiving chamber , and a plurality of male housings A and B which can be received in the receiving chamber . When the female and male connectors F and M are fitted together, for example, part of a plurality of female metal terminals , received in the female housing A, are connected to male metal terminals received in the male housing A, whereas the other female metal terminals are connected to male metal terminals received in the male housing B. Namely, one female connector housing A is connected to the plurality of male connector housings A and B in straddling relation thereto.
