Abstract
A voltage control oscillator used in mobile communication systems such as cellular phones and video machines. An oscillation output of the first output oscillation circuits ( ) enters a broad band buffer amplifier circuit ( ) through a stage-to-stage coupling capacitor ( ) and an oscillation output of the second output oscillation circuit ( ) enters the broad band buffer amplifier circuit ( ) through frequency selective filters ( ) and the stage-to-stage coupling capacitor ( ). On/off operation of a control voltage of a switch terminal ( ) installed on the first or second output oscillation circuit outputs selectively an oscillation signal from the first or second output oscillation circuit.
