Abstract
The invention uses a continuous-wave laser as an excitation light source to achieve highly-accurate detection with a simple structure. A sample is irradiated with excitation light from an excitation light source , and then transported to an optical axis of a fluorescence detector , thereby being detected of its fluorescence intensity.
