Abstract
A transistor including a first gate electrode is formed on a substrate through a gate insulation film . An insulation film is formed on the transistor and the substrate . A plurality of first wirings are formed on the insulation film , spaced from each other by a first gap d . A second wiring is formed, spaced from either of the first wiring by a second gap d which is substantially equal to the first gap d . Either of the first wirings is electrically connected to the first gate electrode , and the second wiring is electrically connected to the substrate
