Abstract
An annealing basket made of steel, receiving mass-produced aluminium parts ( ) for the degreasing and softening thereof, comprising a bottom and side by a frame. At least one side wall ( ) is joined to the walls that protrude from said bottom and are defined frame ( ) by means of at least one aluminium element ( ) that can be plastically deformed when heated to an annealing temperature as a result of the pressure that is exerted on the side walls ( ) and occurs in the annealing basket ( ) due to thermal expansion of said aluminium parts ( ), whereby the side wall ( ) moves outwards to a certain degree under the effect of the increase in the volume of said basket in at least one area that is adjacent to the frame.
