Abstract

The invention relates to a fixing element ( ) for fixing insulation and scaling tracks on a fixed substructure. Said element comprises a screw ( ) and a large washer ( ) with a cylindrical extension ( ). The screw ( ) has two thread segments ( ), wherein one thread segment ( ) interacts with the through hole in a reciprocal thread engagement located in a narrowed area ( ) of the cylindrical extension ( ). An axial relative movement of both parts can be achieved by reciprocally rotating the cylindrical extension ( ) and the screw ( ).
