Abstract
Ag powder particles each having a surface coated with alumina form a material. A conductor paste is prepared from the material. The conductor paste is printed on a dielectric layer by means of screen printing, for example. Accordingly, an electrode pattern of the conductor paste is formed. In this procedure, the BET specific surface area of the Ag powder particle is 0.05 to 2 m /g. The coating amount of alumina is about 0.01 to 2% as converted into a value of oxide with respect to the Ag powder particles.
