Abstract

An assembly which includes primary and secondary hydrocarbon material reception and storage devices in a cascaded and communicative relationship. Particularly, the device receives and stores hydrocarbon emissions which emanate from the device . Device further includes a filter through which purging air is communicated to the devices . Further, device includes a condensation removal portion which allows condensation to be vented from the device and a selectively closeable vent portion which allows the device and the assembly to be periodically tested.
