Abstract
To prevent generation of air bubbles in thermal grease when a wired board is bent due to a difference of thermal expansibility between a CPU chip and a heat sink in a CPU package , the thermal grease being filled between the CPU chip and a plate member of the heat sink . A through-hole is formed almost in the center of a plate member so as to go through the plate member
