Abstract
The second inner wall and the fourth inner wall of the hole of the slider comprises the second and the fourth projections and , and the first inner wall is not provided with a projection and is inclined to the vertical surface at an angle &thgr;. The raising portions of the second projection and the fourth projection is made in the radius curvature portion . Since, at the time of insertion of the front core into the hole , side portion of the front core abuts to the first inner wall at one line, the front core is positioned precisely by the pushing force of the front core in the A direction, and by application of a provisional adhesive to near B portion and near fourth projection . At the time of extracting of the die after molding the slider , the concentration of the internal stress to the radius curvature portion is avoided, and the generation of the defects such as lacking and cracking are controlled to increase the reliability, reduce the defective rate of the product, to increase the productivity and to realize the cost down.
